Best Magnesium Malate I have tried many Magnesium Malate's over the years. To get the amount you need to really do any good you have to swallow many tablets or capsules which I personally do not like to do! I love this product because you just stir your 1/2 tsp. into orange juice or whatever you like and drink. Has almost no taste even in water but I like it in my juice. One thing to be aware of is it definitely settles quickly. I take all my supplements while drinking this in my juice so I just stir after each capsule to keep from having a bunch in the bottom of glass. It does stay "in solution' best in juice and probably milk versus in water. Just because the liquid has a little weight so helps to hold it. Highly recommend this to easily get all the magnesium you need. August 18, 2012
