My son, age 6, just began taking this and he says, "I kind of like it." Bear in mind, however, he has a very limited palette, so this is, in fact, high praise!

the taste is good. my girl has been taken it for over a year. but because it is hard, she does not like it very much, and it dissolves in water not very well.

helps keep the colds away
I've been giving this to both of my sons for 2 yrs now along with natures parade multivitamin with DHA/DEA, the purple probotic and the greenz .....love them all...great company and products

My kids like the flavor!
I looked all over the place for a zinc supplement for my kids -- finally found this one. My boys pick up every cold that comes to town, so I wanted to find zinc to help support their immune systems. While I am yet uncertain what the effectiveness of this product is, I can report that they enjoy the flavor (very orangey, like Tang).
