wish they'd change the form of b12 they use i know many people who have built their iron up very quickly with this product--so it's great for some people. personally, though, i can't tolerate it. it makes my heart race. i wish they would replace the inactive forms of the b vitamins in this product with active ones. it's a shame that they use cheap cyanocobalamin--a cyanide derivative--rather than methylcobalamin, the active form of the vitamin.
