A must for our breakfast routine! We use Vanilla Spiru-Tein daily to give us both a protein boost and to supplement our vitamin needs. On most days, we add a scoop to our cereal in place of any sugar...delicious! When we are in a hurry, we make a "shake" combo of milk, OJ & vanilla Spiru-Tein.
