Nothing else I've tried works nearly as good! I have been using this whey drink mixed with rice milk as my breakfast for several years.. I need the vitamins to supplement my restricted diet. I love the taste and the fact that I don't get hungry until lunch. It is much cheaper when I buy it from Vitacost direct and shipping and service is always excellent. My health food store attempted to switch me to another brand, but I refused because I really do love the taste and the way it works for my body. I have recommended it to several of my friends. Great shake mix! I love using this product to make a shake with organic coconut milk, coconut yogurt and ice...sounds weird...but this is a great chocolate coconut drink...similar to a chocolate shake but much healthier! I like the thick consistancy of this mix and it tastes great! March 31, 2013

Tasty I mix it with water and ice in the blender and it tastes good. If you want it thicker add a banana. Low in calories high in protein. Good choice. March 5, 2013

Love this but . . . I love making this drink with soy milk, a banana, strawberries and blueberries but . . . it elevates my blood sugar so much that I have had to stop drinking this. I have yet to make it with water and try it that way. It tastes like a yummy milkshake and I love it, but my doctor and I realized that when I drink these, it makes me have high blood sugar, so I have discontinued drinking it for now. December 6, 2012
