excellent i use it for sore aging joints anywhere and it goes to work pretty rapidly.my mother came over and i used it on her and she is 78 and immediately wanted me to order 5 tubes. It was suggested at the local vitamin health store for much higher price but this price is the best . I would recommend for anyone with aches or sore ankles or feet or fingers or wrist or knees.has not huge smell or medical ointment smell so easy to use as often as you like and go out. Gently massage a small amount of Ultra Rx-Joint Cream onto skin and allow to penetrate. Apply as needed.
