Forget Arginine
The beet root was like wow from the first time I took it. I have taken arginine based products for pump, then had to stop after 60 days for a 4 weeks then resume so your body can get back to normal to make it effective. I heard about the power of the beet root and I was blown away. With this there is no lay off time and the pumps you get from it are amazing. Also, I feel lighter and more energized. The adult benefit, especially with guys my age (mid 40's), makes you feel like a champion if you know what I mean.

tastes good!
I actually chew these cuz I like the sweet beet flavor. I have no idea if it's doing me any good, but don't get my beets eaten as often as I should so this makes a nice substitute.

Although I did not buy this product for added energy even though I need that, it seems to work for that.
