I can really tell the difference between this product and the one I was previously taking. I would not be without this calcium product.

pleasant way to take calcium
Besides the horse pill sized capsule this is a good product. Generally easy to swallow and seems to be easy on the stomach. I am taking it as a supplement, so I don't know if it is effective besides that I notice no symptoms of calcium deficiency.
