Thrilled to find this!
I am following Trim Healthy Mama eating plan and this fiber is really good for adding to MANY recipes. It works for Fuel Pull days, too. I made chocolate muffins, today, with this, coconut flour and glucommanan and they are FANTASTIC.
MOIST Chocolate Cupcakes makes 9
3 Tablespoons oat fiber
3 Tablespoons coconut flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon (5 capsules) Glucomannan
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup Pyure Organic Stevia with Erythritol (for those who like sweeter cake, use 1/3 cup)
Mix the above in a mixing bowl and then add:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup egg whites (whites from 2 large eggs)
1/2 cup almond milk
Beat 1-2 minutes and then evenly distribute among 9 cupcake liners (for no added fat from greasing the muffin tins). Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes. Do NOT overbake or they will dry out.

WONDERFUL Product: Can be added to almost anything
I love NuNaturals Oat Fiber. It has zero calories and plenty of fiber. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to make some lower carb, sugar-free, hearty recipes. This is also a great, safe product for people with digestion issues. Fiber is great for aiding in digestion, and this oat fiber has done wonders for me and is very filling!

This is a terrific product...no fat, no carbs but still big oat flavor and lots of fiber. Love this stuff!
