Great vegetable protein
My favorite way to use this is in a morning hot cereal. I take 2 large tablespoons of this Hemp Protein, and 2 large tablespoons of ground flax, cinnamon, stevia and water. I cook it just until boiling, then cool and eat. My friend adds it to smoothies and loves it. Good protein and fiber all in one. Vegetable proteins are so much easier to digest, too. I alternate my proteins for even better health--hemp, rice, soy, whey, egg, nut butters--and Vitacost carries them all!

I put 2-4 Tablespoons in my smoothie for extra fiber & protein in the AM. It doesn't spoil the taste of the smoothie and those hemp seeds are supposed to be really good for us. There are times when I'm in a hurry so I just funnel some of the powder into my water bottle, with some stevia, and shake it up real good. It fills me up and is palatable as well - it may be an aquired taste.
