Twice daily - at least I believe why some of the folks didn't get results is that they possible didn't take it at least twice a day. The person who took it once a day - didn't read the directions, I am sorry to say. December 31, 2012

Took for 2 months, 1 A Day Hello I know after watching Dr. Oz I too believed this product would work. I took one a day for 2 months, the dosage he suggested. I honestly see this as a placebo, I lost no weight. I sadly saw no difference. Save your money & time. September 22, 2012
