Stovetop: Boil water, add salt (optional), slowly stir 5 Grain Cereal into water. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve.
Microwave: Mix 5 Grain Cereal with water in a 2 cup cereal bowl, Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes (Microwave cooking may vary, please consult manufacturer's directions).
Delicious Serving Suggestions
• Stir sliced bananas, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, or any fresh fruit into prepared cereal.
• Stir raisins or chopped nuts into prepared cereal.
• Stir wheat germ & honey into prepared cereal.
• Stir in small amounts of cinnamon, nutmeg, or other natural flavorings or fruits.
