taste good Has a peppermint taste, which has been added to the Nopal Cactus. Smooth and tasty. Easy on the taste buds if you don't mind the minty taste in tea. This tea is suppose to be good for rehydrating the body more than any other type tea. That is why I ordered it. A cup in the morning and you are ready.... It does not stimulate you like coffee and don't think there is any caffeine at all in it, so can be used by anyone. December 12, 2013
Good Choice I used this tea for recovery after surgery. It tasted good and helped for a speedy recovery that was much needed as I had no appetite and could drink it all day. June 26, 2013
Too good to be true? I've tried tons of Nopal products, teas, and juices. They are all disgusting. They taste like raw aloe, and for those of you who think aloe tastes good, you are probably used to bottled aloe drinks with flavors, sugar, and/or acid buffers that modify the taste. The pungent, bitter taste of nopal is slimy and hard to take in. This tea, however, is quite different. There is no sliminess to it and because of the flavors and herbs in it, you end up just tasting mint and dandelion, not nopal. It honestly makes me wonder if there is any nopal actually in the product. I have tried nopal teas that are actually slimy and more bitter, but they didn't have other flavors in them. There is enough mint in this to overpower any flavor, so make sure like like mint. The nopal is the first ingredient on this, so I imagine it's not a hoax. It ends up being a very tasty tea.
