SHAKER: Bringing a shaker cup with you to the gym is the best way to get a powerful dose of protein immediately after your workout.  Just add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery to your shaker cup and then pour in 12-16 ounces of your preferred beverage.  Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds (if you're making a 1 rounded scoop serving, just cut the amount of water, milk, or juice in half).

BLENDER:  Add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery™ to a blender filled with 12-18 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds, reduce the liquid and ice by half if you are only using one rounded scoop of 2:1:1 Recovery powder.

SPOON STIRRED: If you forgot your shaker cup or don't have the time to get out the blender, you can add 1 rounded scoop of 2:1:1 Recovery in a glass filled with cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. If you're preparing a 2 rounded scoop serving add 12-16 oz of liquid, for a 1 rounded scoop serving use 6-8 oz. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.

SUGGESTED USE: Based upon your body weight, activity levels, and performance goals, consume one or more scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery immediately after workouts.

TIP: Consume a high-protein, high-carbohydrate whole food meal or second serving of 2:1:1 Recovery 2-3 hours after your post-workout recovery shake to maximize stored energy levels for your next workout.

Awesome product This is how post workout supplement should be! Perfect ratio carbs to protein and carbs ratio 50:50(simple/complex) and ASTONISHING 16 grams of BCAA... you kidding me.How can you not use it if you want to build muscle. Just right! Love this product and I'm using it for almost a year now and will continue using it as long they make it. If you want a supplement that's cover all aspect of post recovery...look no further, just FYI it has a 35 grams of protein and 70 grams per two scoops, so for beginners maybe one scoop should be enough, that's of course my opinion as a former fitness trainer. Very Good I have been using recovery 2:1:1 for a few months now and i love it. Due to the 70 grams of fast carbs i would recomend drinking this protein post work out only. In the morning or pre-workout use a regular whey protein. I have been recovering a lot quicker from intense workouts. I feel that this will help your anibolic metabolism increase. The lean gains you notice and looking in the mirror will prove this to be true. December 7, 2009
