Nasty, nasty flavor! This stuff tastes horrible! I add it to my protein shakes and it makes them tastes so bad but I still take it. Does the stuff work? I think so...makes my recovery a little shorter and less sore. Am I 100% sure this is the reason why? Nope! Will i keep using it....yup! December 19, 2012
