Best Pancake mix and flour exchange for muffins
After trying about 10 different brands/mixes for pancakes this one wins hands down. Everyone loves them and that includes all the kids that come over and don't need gluten free.
Pamela's is also great for muffins and cookies. Closest to being like regular flour.
Hint: I tend to pack the flour instead of sifting it and this seems to make perfect cookies etc.

A versatile Gluten-free baking mix
Pamela's Gluten Free Pancake and Baking mix is amazing! I have made pancakes, waffles, pizza crusts, bread, and pastries from this mix, all great! Pamela's website provides lots of recipes made from this mix, and they are usually very easy recipes that will not disappoint.

Very versitile baking mix
I love this mix and find it very versitile. From a delicious crock-pot cranberry bread to the BEST G-free chocolate chip cookies... this is a favorite!! After buying several bags for myself, I bought a bag for my daughter and a friend.
