this stuff WORKS Cold or allergy this product will really help. It simply stops my sniffles from becoming a full blown cold, eases chest congestion and coughs. This is the best. I can't believe how well this works. It can knock out a sore throat, cough or sinus drainage in ONE day. I figured out that for my sore throat it worked best to fill a tablespoon and take little sips, letting it run down my throat--usually taking at least an hour to down all of it. Doing it this way meant a constant layer of it on my throat, yet I didn't take more than the recommended dose. I think this was more effective than taking the dose all at once. I don't like the taste, but it's (much) better than being sick. February 28, 2013
