Shake bag to evenly distribute ingredients. Bring 1¼ cups of water or milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1/3 cup of grains and reduce heat to medium/low. Stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Let stand a few minutes. Add your favorite fruits, nuts and sweetener of choice.
