Great Prenatal!! I got this prenatal to use during pregnancy, as my doctor was concerned that I take a GREAT prenatal (not just a run of the mill), since my health has been compromised by a long (2 plus years) battle with Lyme's Disease. It does seem like a lot of pills, but they are a decent size for swallowing which I REALLY like! I want to give our baby a good start, so I am very pleased with the Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal. Super! Any health profession will or should tell you that prenatal supplements are just that: supplements. They should not replace a healthy diet but add to a healthy diet. However, nor will they tell you you don't need prenatal vitamins. I can't imagine using any other prenatals, these are So amazing! There were times when I was running out of them and not sure when my next bottle would arrive so I just took 2 instead of the recommended 6: Night and day difference between taking them and not taking them! They helped with my morning sickness and other digestive problems; helped me feel more awake and alert; I also didn't notice any bad side effects such as the constipation other women complain of from their prenatal vitamins. Great PreNatal I've taken these prenatals with all 3 of my pregnancies. I kept taking them while I was breastfeeding as well. They have never made me nausea or sick of any kind. If I forget to take them I feel an energy drop after a few days, so I get the impression that they are working as well!! December 10, 2012
