Think before you buy! So I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old because we suspect he has some bad bugs. I was distracted while reading the product description and then when I went to use it realized they're capsules to swallow! I would normally just dump them into some applesauce but it says to take on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. I don't want to ruin the effects by giving with food. Box says ages 4 and up. What 4 year old can swallow a capsule??? November 11, 2009

not for young kids I bought this for my 3 year old and she is not able to swallow the capsules yet, so I'd recommend ages 5 and up. I tried to disguise the capsule contents in various foods, but it has a very strong taste. August 22, 2007
