In a large pot, bring to a boil 5L (20 cups) water for package (454 g) of pasta. Add 15 mL (1 tablespoon) salt, if desired.
Add pasta and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 7-10 minutes or until al dente. DO NOT OVERCOOK
Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Rid pasta of surface moisture. Enjoy as you would regular pasta.
Quick tip to save energy!
Bring approximately 5L of water to boil. Cook pasta 1 to 2 minutes, switch off stove and simmer it for about 14 minutes. When cooked, remove pasta from pan and rinse it with cold water. Ready to serve!
