Very good pasta We really liked this pasta and it is at least as good or better than wheat pasta but we prefer the Ancient Harvest pastas because they contain quinoa and are excellent although they do not have a penne. February 18, 2013

Best Wheat Free Pasta This is the best wheat free pasta available. My husband said he would even choose this over regular wheat containing pasta, so this has become a pantry staple in our house. May 7, 2012

Schar Gluten-Free Wheat-Free Penne Pasta Directions

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt if desired.

2. Gradually stir in pasta. Return to boiling.

3. Cook uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

4. Drain well. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil, butter or margarine if desired.
