Schar Pizza Crusts Single Box Gluten Free -- 10.6 oz
almost makes itself, only delivery is easier.
I love this pizza crust, I think most people do because it often sells out. Vitacost has the best price I have found for Schar's pizza crust. The box contains two ready made pizza crusts, all you need is a scissor to open the individually wrapped crusts(they are perfectly wrapped to protect from humidity or spoilage no refrigeration required prior to baking.) Top with sauce, cheese(or not if you want bruschetta-just diced tomatoes and garlic) and the toppings of your choice. I have made many different types of pizza with these crusts:spinach and mushroom, asparagus and red onion, ham and pineapple, veggie supreme(whatever veggies are already cooked in the fridge) I recommend that you don't use too many uncooked vegetables that release water all at once, it may get soggy. This tastes even better when you reheat it. I usually eat half a pizza on my own, it makes four healthy sized slices or six smallish slices. ENJOY.

Pretty good as GF pizza crust goes.
The texture could be better (a bit too thick and dry for my tastes), but they're a good size with a nice lip to hold the sauce on. They wouldn't fool anyone into thinking they're not GF, but they were pretty good. Two crusts individually wrapped makes it very convenient for a quick dinner on rushed nights.

Best crust I've found
My only ding on this item is the short shelf life. They are very expensive and have a short shelf life. They tend to curl and dry up despite the vacuum packing.
Other than that, definitely recommend.

2 crusts individually wrapped inside box, I purchased elsewhere but there were not any reviews here. We haven't gone gluten free yet but are looking into it. I thought these crusts were great. Follow the directions - you cook on the top rack in oven. Crispy and tasty, I didn't feel like it was a special diet item! Probably each crust will feed 1 person if typical American, two people could share one crust if you eat less.
