Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt Light Grey Coarse -- 1 lb
Great taste, really coarse!
Delicious, I sprinkle it on salads and cook with it. Also I sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon over a mix of coconut oil with chia seeds, what a super food!!!

Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt Light Grey Coarse
I bought this primarily for my salt mill. So I'll rate it based on that. It is too moist that the grain does not even go through the mill. Anyhow, ended up using it the the old way... reach out to the bag and dispense it with my fingers when cooking. My wife even suggested buying a salt storage now..;-)

Unfortunately, this product is so wet when packaged that it gums up my salt grinder. I have had to grind by hand since I got it & will not purchase again.

Why use empty salt when there's seasalt?
The price is great and I have always received my products in a timely manner.
My main reason for getting Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt is that my mother was put on a very strict almost saltless diet. My mother loved to take the salt shaker from time to time and give herself a shake or two of plain salt. With nothing else. Just the salt. When she was told she needed to cut salt almost completely, there was mourning.
I'd read about the benefits of unprocessed sea salt which unlike our traditional empty table salt contains many trace minerals. So, after seeing my mom continually sneaking empty salt (that's the only one that was in the house), I thought, she's sneaking it anyway. Why not get her Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt and see what happens. So she agreed to try it for a month and monitor her health carefully during that time to make certain she was not having negative effects. She was so happy to see that she had no negative effects over this! And, being the salt expert she always was, guess what she said? It even tastes better than my old salt and I don't need as much!
Since I too had also started using it, I had to agree!

This is rated with the best 3 types of Sea salt, as with Himalayan and Real salt, but this is more economical. Will buy again.
