Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt Light Grey Coarse -- 1 lb
Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt Light Grey Coarse
I bought this primarily for my salt mill. So I'll rate it based on that. It is too moist that the grain does not even go through the mill. Anyhow, ended up using it the the old way... reach out to the bag and dispense it with my fingers when cooking. My wife even suggested buying a salt storage now..;-)

Unfortunately, this product is so wet when packaged that it gums up my salt grinder. I have had to grind by hand since I got it & will not purchase again.

This is rated with the best 3 types of Sea salt, as with Himalayan and Real salt, but this is more economical. Will buy again.

Good for both cooking and the grinder
This has been my basic salt ever since learning about the benefits of unprocessed mineral salt years ago. To use commercial salt for anything but cleaning is insane. I use more than a teaspoon when cooking brown rice or other grains & pasta and there is never a salty taste. In fact when you taste this alone there is almost a sweetness to it. I once read that if you dissolve and drink a teaspoon a day in water you will never have to take minerals again because it provides all of them. Commercial salt has no potassium, and the more sodium you take in, the more potassium you need to balance it. I also use this in the salt grinder and as long as it's kept in a dry place and not exposed to moisture it keeps very well. Just a delicious and healthy part of my diet and cooking. I am never without it and have given little bags as gifts to friends to turn them on to its benefits. It is always appreciated and hopefully I've created a few converts away from that iodized poison on the supermarket shelves.

Delicious and healthful
My family loves this salt. We use it for everything in place of conventional table salt, without the health problems that conventional table salt brings. This has wonderful flavor and crushes or grinds easily for sprinkling on foods. This salt also devolves well in sauces.
