Really good stuff!
I don't add sugar or sweetener to foods as a rule, but I ordered this specifically to make a coffee drink I'd heard about. It's equal amounts of Grade B Maple Syrup and cocoa powder (I usually use about a tablespoon of each). Stir to mix -- it takes a bit of stirring, but they do eventually come together. Add hot coffee and stir. Delicious! Sipping that drink on a weekend morning is a great way to start the day.

Grade B meaning
I don't know why I chose to order this product over another maple syrup, but when I received it I googled what the grades mean -- Grade B (according to Wiki - I think it was) is a darker syrup, less than 44% translucent. It also says that Grade B is great for baking with, and has a richer deeper maple flavor than Grade A. Grade A is more widely used for table use. I have not baked with this OR put it on our pancakes yet, but I plan to do that tomorrow. Taste great by itself though!!!
