Sweet Almond Flavoring
The glycerin makes this sweet. Has a nice strong almond scent. Tastes like sweet almonds. Not a fan of the glycerin though, maybe they could have used a sugar instead - may not have been strong enough to overcome the bitterness of the almond.

Like it!
Never had a glycerine based vanilla extract before. This pours rather thick and I think my baked goods are good coz they're all gone.

Great Flavor
This reminds me of an beverage as its perserved with alcohol. The flavor is a great change from vanilla. Its a clear liquid and has a strong aroma. Its in the spoon in the picture. Very pure.
