Conventional Directions

  1. Remove lid from bowl.
  2. Open packets of seasoning/seasoning oil, coconut seasonings, and vegetable garnish and pour contents into bowl over noodles.
  3. Fill cup with HOT water to fill line on inside of bowl.
  4. Replace lid on bowl and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes, until noodles are tender. Stir and enjoy!

Microwave Directions

  1. Remove lid from bowl
  2. Open packets of seasoning/seasoning oil, coconut seasoning and vegetable garnish and pour contents into bowl over noodles.
  3. Fill cup with cold tap water to fill line on inside of bowl.
  4. Microwave on high temperature for 2 to 3 minutes, or until water is hot. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir and enjoy!

Caution: Bowl will be extremely hot after microwaving or filling with hot water. Handle with care to avoid spills and burns.

Quick, delicious & low in calories. I eat this regularly and am about to order more. I keep them handy at home and office at all times. Even if I'm hungry and need a snack or filler at 3:30 or 4:00, this works quickly, deliciously and with only 240 calories. I've eaten dozens of these and have not ever come upon one with an odd or soapy odor as the other reviewer reported. The spiciness or heat rating on the box says it is medium. However, for my palate, I would consider this to be mild. July 19, 2012
Taste itself was very mild, has chili oil that you can control the amount you put in yourself. It comes in a box with a plastic bowl of noodles inside and seasoning packets. Wasn't "delicious" but does the trick for a quick snack or meal. The only thing about this is the smell, when you add all the seasonings and water then it smells like soap! Doesn't taste like it, but the smell definitely puts it off. May 30, 2012
