Very Good Calcium Citrate plus D
This is a very good Calcium Citrate with D. It works for me instead of taking an all in one Cal/Mag combo supplement.
I take this with Carlson Chelated Magnesium (Amino Acid Chelate) and this combination works very well because I can modify the ratio of Calcium to Magnesium when necessary.
This Solgar Calcium Citrate has more Vitamin D3 than most Calcium supplements, which is a good thing, and it dissolves rapidly which is more than I can say for some other calcium tablets.
Costs a fraction more than others, but I think it is a good value for 240 tablets from a very reliable company.
