These were the only prenatal vitamins that I could take without feeling like I was swallowing a horse (oh yeah, major gag reflex here!) and that didn't upset my stomach. They are very easy to swallow and digest and they contain the ingredients needed for a healthy pre and post pregnancy. I took these for both pregnancies and since I breast fed both babies I continued... January 27, 2013

used for two pregnancies I used them for two pregnancies and both babies came out perfect! Seriously, I had surgery once while still on these vitamins. They checked my blood for iron and told me my iron level was excellent. So I think the iron in these vitamins is absorbed well. October 11, 2012
