Sunshine to the mind This is good stuff, but you should take 4 times the recommended dosage. I take 4 pills first thing in the morning along with a Trace Mineral tablet and New Chapter's Everyman multiple. About a half hour later I feel like there is sunshine in my brain and my mood has gone from 0 to 10. Highly recommend this, but like I said, you need a therapeutic dose to really feel the effects. Unless you are super sensitive to caffeine. April 10, 2009
