My taste buds were violated I've had some tastey, and some bitter, sublingual vitamin B supplements... but this was like sucking on dirty pocket change. After the first minute, the taste got even worse and the reflex started to gain control of the foulness to eject it from my mouth, but instead I swallowed it. I've had to swallow them all just to avoid the taste, therefore wasting most of it since I need to absorb as much as I can before it gets to my GI tract. Stay far away from this. I gave it two stars because it actually does have the right kinds of B vitamins I need. June 24, 2012
