Source Naturals L-Proline Powder -- 4 oz
Works for me
I've been using this Source Naturals L Proline powder for years. I get along with it well. I only use 1/4 of the dosage since I'm not a vegitarian but sometimes don't get enough protein in my diet.
I see there are negative feed back about the clumps. It's not that big of a deal. I think it's because it may not have chemicals that stop the clumping which aren't that many for me. If it does clump, a spoon or knife will break it up easily because they don't get hard. The key to not clumping in your juice, is to swirl or stir your juice immediately after adding the powder to the juice. Swirling the powder in a glass of apple juice works for me every time and I don't taste the L Proline at all.
With anything there are risks to what you take so do your home work - everyone reacts differently to supplements according to your health. If this is new to you, search "Possible Side Effects of L-Proline" before you take it.

This is the first powder form of L-Proline I have purchased so I am unsure how it compares to others but it is a bit chunky and doesn't break down as easily as I expected.

good stuff and easy to take
Not that I will lie and say I like the taste; but I really like it over the horse pills to get the proper mg amounts of amino acids that we need in our everyday life. You can just shoot it down with water like a trooper; or you can mix it with your juices you make. Either way it beats the horse pills.
