'aight for the price... The most economical, with least amount of (wasteful) packaging...taste is good...the bag lasts a long time. I double-bag it after a while or put in a canister to maintain freshness (the Starwest bag it comes in isn't awesome-lasting). It can be twiggy--like one or two little twigs in every teaspoonful--could be an issue for some people. June 19, 2014
Great Komboucha Tea we love this tea for our home brewed Komboucha. its is smokey and flavorful, we can't get enough of this rich tea. January 5, 2014
Excellent! I was skeptical at first--but for the price--and the number of good supporting reviews--I took a chance on a pound. I was surprised when I opened the bag, and a cloud of pleasant aroma wafted upward--sweet, rich, mildly green--with the bonus of being organic as well. I've had my fair share of of Chinese greens over the years--including some of the more expensive varieties--this tea is simply excellent--and the price makes it doubly so. It's great hot, iced, and even brewed double strength for a green tea chai concoction. I'll keep ordering this--I am interested to see if this was just an exceptional batch--or whether this is the consistent product of this source. October 25, 2013
Very good tea This tea is a staple for us. It's very nice. This is a terrific price as well. I keep a cup or so of the tea in a covered, glass container in a drawer with other favorite teas. My husband drinks this almost every day using a personal sized French press. July 26, 2013
Pretty good At first I thought this tea was bunk. I'd make about 24 oz's at a time and it just wasn't steeping at all, and just tasted like a penny. Didn't think I was going to drink it all but decided to make a gallon and ice it, and it was pretty good/great. Almost like the commercial "green teas" but fuller body. Bring half gallon of water almost to a boil, add 1/3c or 1/2c of green tea (I usually add tea to a little bit of water while I'm waiting for the boil.) Stir so it's dispered and put a lid on it for about 5 minutes. Pour through strainer, add 3/4c or 1c sugar, add half gallon of water (or ice) and chill. July 2, 2013
