Good addition to protein shake
I add one tablespoon to Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Raw Vegan Protein Gluten Free Natural (no stevia in that one) (mixed with almond-coconut milk, 1 banana, 2 cups baby spinach or baby kale, and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil - in blender; sometimes I also add ground flax seeds) and I find that it prolongs my satiety and energy levels. I usually sip this smoothie all morning (no other breakfast) until noon or even 1 o'clock before I'm hungry for lunch. This is only about an additional 35 calories per serving, and the bag lasts about 50 servings, so it was worth trying. The protein alone is excellent, I just find that this helps keep me fuller and also gives extra energy a little longer than the protein alone. Not necessarily a "must" but a "nice to have."
