Really Good Sunscreen Shake
Aside from tasting like I'm slurping down a bottle of Banana Boat, the Syntrax Nectar is great. I like the consistency and I'm pleased with the results. It's just hard to stomach that fake, chemically taste. I wonder if whey protein should be anything but vanilla or chocolate. Still, I'll try it again.

it's ok
I ordered this because of a friend's recommendation, however i am not a huge fan of the pina colada flavor so i was not too excited with it. My husband likes it ok tho, and i use it in my smoothies as a variation from my regular flavors that i prefer. I like that it doesn't cost a lot per serving so it makes it economical to use.
I will try some of the other flavors and see if i like them better.

Horrible flavor!
I have tried many flavors in this brand and like most of them, but this flavor is AWFUL. I almost threw up when I first tasted it. I would skip this flavor and stick with Lemonade or Cherry.

Syntrax Nectar Protein Powders
This protein powder mixes easily with water in just a shaker glass! Very light and great tasting!

Protein Pina Colada
I use 8 oz water, about 20 ice cubes, 1/2 frozen bananna (sliced), few drops coconut oil, about 5 pineapple chunks in the blender. It is wonderful!
