Pretty Good This was the first non cookies and cream or vanilla protein I had ever purchased, I thought the flavor was too artificial. A bit of a combination between cotton candy and blue raspberry. The product foams up immediately when shaken in a shaker cup, the foam takes about 20 minutes to go back down. You have to use a whisk or a spoon and stir for about 3-5 minutes for get a good absorption. If you have the time and like really sweet drinks then it's for you, as for me I am searching for another brand. June 23, 2010

Great protein, bad flavor This stuff is great protein; 100% whey isolate. This flavor, however, is disgusting. It is blue and has a gross, fake, blue-raspberry taste to it. I am not a fan at all. I have tried the some of the other flavors and they taste really good. Skip this flavor! September 18, 2009
