TeeChia Sustained Energy Cereal Blueberry Date -- 10.6 oz
PROS: truly instant breakfast for when I'm pressed for time, convenient, tasty, pure and organic ingredients, not loaded with sugar or sweeteners, but just the right amount of sweet for my tastes.
CONS: pricey, does not fill me up for more than 2 hours, but then, neither does a bowl of oatmeal. I tend to have a fast metabolism in the morning. I would not eat this before outdoor activity, simply not enough sustenance for me, but fine on a workday.
OVERALL: I like this product for it's quality ingredients and convenience for days when I can't prepare something more substantial. On a daily basis it would be too expensive, but for once in while when you are on the go, it's great to have on hand. I also keep some in my desk at work.

Great product, but it's pricey. I'm not sure I will buy it again. You can make it at home for much less.
I bough it for my son who was placed on gluteen free diet. He didn't like it. Now I'm the one who's eating it. Definetely not for kids.

Surprised how much I like this.
I really like this product. There's so much good stuff in it. As soon as I opened the package, the aroma of blueberries was lovely!
I make it according to directions, and it is good just like that. I also like to make a smaller amount, and then add some yogurt, (usually plain organic), some organic berries (I often use frozen berries), and some hulled hemp seeds. I have to add extra fluid, water, milk, or almond milk, and add some ground flax and some chopped walnuts.
I enjoy finding different ways to add healthy foods to this cereal.
I like the fact I do not need to cook it, so the enzymes in the ingredients are not destroyed. I like it so much, that I am about to re-order so I won't run out.

I absolutely love this product. It's loaded with organic super foods and fiber. Great for a quick breakfast with some hot water and non dairy or raw milk, add some fruits and you're set. Love it.
