Penang Curry is a rich, citurs & spice Southeast Asian blend. Use in stews, soups, blended into dishes and as a dry rub.
Traditional Rich & Savory Penang Curry:
Saute one onion & a bit of garlic.
Add and brown 1 lb of meat, fish or tofu that has been coated with 2-3 Tbs of Penang Curry spice.
Add a can of coconut milk. 2 Tbs nut butter, and a dash of fish sauce or salt to taste and simmer partially covered until the meat is tender.
Add some vegetables of your choosing such as peas and carrots and allow to cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve alone or over rice.
