The BEST toner available!! I purchased this as a facial toner for myself and my adult son. After cleansing my face, it is a pleasure to use! It is not drying at all and it leaves my skin soft and ready for my moisturizer. I have dry skin and have used toners over the years and I can say without doubt, this is the finest product available. I only wish that I had found it many years ago! My son has combination skin and it is perfect for him as well and he is also pleased with the results.
