The Mate Factor Original Fresh Green Yerba Mate Loose Tea -- 12 oz
Mate Factor Green
This is a great place to start for those interested in trying yerba mate. The flavor is great and isn't as harsh as some other yerbas can be. That said, when drinking this the traditional way, the flavor doesn't last as long as the brands from South America (Taragui, Rosamonte, etc.).
Good stuff overall.

"loose powder tea"
From the moment I opened the pkg, I knew it would be powdery. Dust went everywhere. As I placed the measure spoon inside to put it in the teapot, it went everywhere. The flavor is fine, yet the my teapot is full of powder dregs. I need to strain my tea through a filter to enjoy the tea without dregs! It is NOT loose leaf team, it is more powder!

Best possible mate out there!
I've tried every single mate brand out there, this is THE best! Freshest (most nutrients therefore), tastiest, and best packaging! This mate comes vacuum sealed and has a good bag which allows you to seal it properly for maintaining freshness. This is really the best out there and i really HIGHLY recommend buying it. I NEVER MAKE REVIEWS I SPECIALLY WANTED TO MAKE A REVIEW ON THIS TO TELL OTHERS HOW GOOD IT IS. Thanks :D

I love mate. It reminds me of grass or something so earthy and basic. I've only had a few kinds of mate, but this is a good one. I add a little sweetener and it tastes like sweet grass!

Best Tasting Y Mate
As they say, you get what you paid for and though this brand is more pricer than others, the taste makes up for it. Yerba mate teas don't usually taste that great to me - sometimes I add honey or molasses and almond milk and cinnamon to make it more appetizing. But this brand, I can drink straight.
