I am taking this product for overall health and for hair skin and nails. I take this Prenatal vitamin along with a Biotin vitamin and an MSM vitamin.
Diet:
I am normally iron deficient, so this product has helped to increase my iron level to a normal level and has also provided me with other vitamins my diet may lack.
Hair, Skin, and Nails:
I am an African American female with natural hair, and my hair seems to be growing in thicker and stronger. I can't say for sure if my hair is growing faster, but it is definitely growing in more places than it was before like my edges.
My nails have always grown so hard to tell with them.
I don't really notice a change in my skin but hopefully the vitamins are working from within to improve my overall skin condition long-term.

I'm not pregnant, but these are a great suppliment for any woman. It has everything you need, like folic acid, and biotin (helps nails and hair grow faster). Great to take as a multi-vitamin, because it costs alot less.
