It is a bit too strong at the moment My man really likes it but I find that in the autumn situation here the cinnamon is too strong for my mouth and gives me blisters. Like the clove and will try again in winter April 11, 2013

Has everything, doesn't taste of mint! The toothpaste quality is great, and the flavor is something that doesn't give me 'toothpaste mouth', iykwim. Cinnamon clove is a great change from the usual overpowering mint flavors. Hope it stays around! December 27, 2012

Tom's of Maine Whole Care Toothpaste Cinnamon Clove Directions

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.

Children 2 to 6 years: use only a pea-sized amount and supervise child's brushing and rinsing (to minimize swallowing).

Children under 2 years: ask a dentist or physician.

Ingredients: Active ingredient:
Sodium monofluorophosphate 0.76% (0.13% w/v fluoride ion).....Anticavity
Inactive ingredients: glycerin, water, calcium carbonate, hydrated silica, xylitol, chondrus crispus (carrageenan), sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, zinc citrate, cinnamomum cassia (cinnamon) leaf oil and other natural flavors.

Warnings
