This is the best over all liquid mineral I have ever used.

Hard to live with, hard to live without.
I excercised with running in the 100 plus degree heat and completing the P90X2 regimen and this is a staple for me. I mix 2 tsp. concentrate with 1 cup ice, 1 quart filtered water, 1/2 organic fresh lemon (squeeze to juice), and stevia to taste. It is awesome! I have energy to edge/weedwack/mow my acre lot with a push mower in the Southern heat for about 3.5 hours and I am still going strong. However, taste this stuff by itself and it tastes repulsive. I can't stomach it without my "lemonade" mix. I haven't been disappointed and feel re-energized!

good stuff!!
I put some of this in my first glass of water in the morning and it keeps me hydrated. When I neglect to use it, my levels (as measured by my bath scale) drop. Staying hydrated keeps my skin looking good. I don't think it has a taste, and even if I thought it did, I'd drink it anyway.

YUCK
This is so terrible. It has a awful salty taste. I live on the east coast of Florida 5 mins away from the beach. I would rather drink that ocean water any time than the bad taste of this. I sent it back.
