It really works! This is great for pre-work out, and long run hydration. I really noticed the difference in energy when I used it. The first flavor I tried was raspberry and it was awful. While this is still artificial tasting, it is much more palatable. September 30, 2012

New flavor disappoints I love anything cherry flavored and decided to try the Cherry-Limeade (my favorite in the Power pack line is lemon lime). It isn't bad, but it is rather insipid--stronger flavoring would be an improvement. October 13, 2010
