I have cycled creatine in my workout over a period of about four months, one on one off, and so on. I must say that I notice a significant difference in my lifting. I can lift more and do more reps. It is like a boost that helps me get past that plateau that I get hung up on sometimes.

works, because when i skip a dose or two, my brain gets a hard barrier between my limbs and balance. plus my emotional swings would be unbearable without a daily dose.

I have yet to feel the FULL affect of the product but have noticed some difference compared to prior use.

I Like it.
I definitely noticed an increase in strength & endurance shortly after starting use of this product. I just take one teaspoon in a drink about 40 minutes prior to a workout. I didn't load up, like some people may advise you to do. I also haven't noticed any short term side-effects after use. I would, however, do some research before use since long term side-effects are questionable if creatine is taken in larger amounts than your body requires.
