These sponges are wonderful!
I really like the Twist Naked Sponges because they do
not smell after I use them a while. I also like them because
they are plant based with no colors or dyes, and they are
the perfect size for your hand.
I bought colored sponges from the grocery store for many,
many years and they always picked up a smell after a few weeks of use, even though I rinsed them well and washed them in the dishwasher.
I also appreciate Vitacost offering the Twist Naked Sponges
at such a reasonable price. They are the only sponge I use!

Not what I thought
The product details noted that these could be washed in the dishwasher, but didn't note a word of caution that they would pick up and hold whatever normally drains out with the rinse cycle. The sponge was disgusting looking after the wash! As an alternative, I tossed it in the washer with my white clothes and the stuff it picked up in the dishwasher STILL didn't come out. These are ok if you're going to use them to wipe a surface that's free of anything except germs. I won't buy them again.
