Meh Saw about 5 lbs in weight gain with one tub The strawberry was really sweet, some people might not like that. Horrible mix-ability, clumped every single time & I had to chew the rest of it down. the sweetness & chewing gave me toothaches. Serving size was 4 huge scoops which didn't fit into my shaker so I had to drink two separate servings of 2 scoops back to back. All the water used to mix always made bloated afterwards. Bottom line is that I saw weight gain & if thats all you care about & need the calories, this isn't a bad choice April 1, 2013
