VCF Vaginal Contraceptive Film Description

  • For the Prevention of Pregnancy
  • The #1 Film Recommended By Doctors
  • Birth Control That Can't Be Felt By Either Partner
  • Contraceptive That Lasts for Up to Three Hours
  • Begins to Dissolve Instantly
  • Numerous Clinical Studies Conducted Worldwide

For decades scientists and researchers have tried to develop the perfect contraceptive for both men and women. Unobtrusiveness, effectiveness, safety, ease of use, portability and cost has always been the unattainable combination of criteria for formulating a new drug in this category. Despite the array of contraceptive choices, there are over 3,000,000 unwanted pregnancies in the U.S. alone. It is obvious that millions of Americans use no form of contraception at all.

Until now, spermicides have been messy, irritating, awkward to administer and obtrusive to either or both partners.

VCF Vaginal Contraceptive Film delivers N-9 in the form of an ultra-thin dissolving piece of transparent material. Unlike all other spermicides, VCF is undetectable by either partner. The reason is that its unique form contains far less inactive ingredient that is required in foams, gels, suppositories and creams to deliver the spermicide itself.

VCF Vaginal Contraceptive Film answers the questions by millions of consumers as to their need for the perfect Birth Control. VCF is the first non-invasive, non-hormonal contraceptive that neither partner can feel.

  1. Remove the square of film the pouch and fold VCF in half.
  2. With dry fingers place on second or third finger.
  3. With one swift movement, place VCF high in the vagina against the cervix.
  4. Read complete instructions before use.

VCF must be inserted no less than 15 minutes and not more than three hours prior to intercourse. Allow VCF to dissolve for 15 minutes before intercourse.

Dissolution may be less depending upon the individual. If more than three hours have elapsed since VCF was last inserted, insert another Film. Use one Film for every act of intercourse. Several VCFs may be used in one day.

Used this for years Saw this on Swanson's and had to comment. I used this for birth control for a long time, ten years or so. Before that I used a diaphragm. Most of the time we used this with a condom. It is easy to use and unobtrusive. If I still needed it I would buy it here, I am grateful to be older and a few years into menopause and not needing this anymore. But it's worth a try for those of you who still need birth control. Easy to use These are easy to use provided you follow the instructions and feel like there is nothing there for both partners. Downside is time restrictions and minor sensitivity with frequent use. My ex-husband had a very painful reaction, so some people are more sensitive than others. Definitely worth using for those not sensitive. November 5, 2013
polyvinyl alcohol, Polyvinyl alcohol, really?!?! A real nice chemical to stick up there, yea. NOT! September 14, 2013
not for sensitive women.. l bought this product after recommendations as an alternative birth control method. tough l cannot say about this product ability to prevent pregnancy, l can say that it's not suitable for women who is sensitive down there.. it made me very itchy and l got a serious reaction.. shame.. l had high hopes for this product (because l can't use hormonal birth control) August 17, 2013
