Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper - spray foil/paper with cooking spray.
In large skillet, melt coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add honey and stir until mixture starts to bubble at the edges (approx. 2 minutes). Add hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and salt and mix together.
Cook 8 minutes, or until nuts are golden brown, stirring frequently. Add raisins, then pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly.
Let cool completely before enjoying.
